Per-alert or per-transaction fee that scales down as your volume grows. Non-productive alerts are credited back automatically.

Performance-based (Recovery)

Dispute fighting is billed at 25% of revenue recovered — nothing if we don't win. No monthly retainers, no setup fees. Our incentive is fully aligned with yours.

No setup fees. No monthly minimums on recovery — you pay 25% only when we win a dispute. Alert and prevention services are priced per unit, so you're paying for what's actually happening, not a flat seat fee.
An alert is productive when it results in a successful resolution — a refund issued before the chargeback is filed, or a challenge that stops the dispute. Alerts that still result in a chargeback are credited back. You only pay for alerts that actually work.
You can start with any single service. Most merchants begin with alerts or prevention and add recovery once they have a clear picture of their dispute volume. All three layers together consistently produce the strongest ratio improvement.
Yes — refunds contribute to your refund rate. But a high refund rate is far less damaging than a high chargeback ratio. For merchants where refund rate is a sensitivity, we configure selective auto-refund rules based on transaction amount, dispute reason, or other filters.
